02What this site is

This website describes the services offered by MDMD Web Services. It is provided for general information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a warranty of results, or professional advice, and nothing on it creates a contract or a client relationship between you and MDMD.

03Engagements are separate

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both parties, which sets out scope, fees, timelines, ownership, and confidentiality. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls for the work it covers.

04Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, code, logo, and images — belongs to MDMD Web Services unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the pages; you may not republish, resell, or present the content as your own.

Screenshots shown on this site are illustrative. They come from systems we built, with client names, personal names, and account figures replaced. Appearing on this site is not an endorsement by any third party, and third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

05Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site, its host, or any system connected to it.
• Do not use automated means to place an unreasonable load on the site.
• Do not use the site to transmit malware or to interfere with its operation.
• Do not use any contact address published here to send unsolicited commercial email.

06Third-party links and resources

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and may link to third-party websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

07No warranty

This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDMD Web Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

This section concerns the website only. Liability for client work is addressed in the written agreement for that engagement.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that venue.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
