Privacy Policy
MDMD Web Services (“MDMD,” “we,” “us”) designs and builds websites and custom business software. This policy explains what happens to personal information on this website and in the course of our work.
01The short version
This website is a small set of static pages. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. If you never email us, we do not knowingly collect personal information about you beyond the ordinary server logs described in section 02.
02What this website collects
- Server logs. Our host records standard web server information when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the HTTP response status, and browser user agent. We use this only to operate, troubleshoot, and secure the site. We do not use it to build profiles, and we do not sell it.
- Cookies. This site sets no cookies and uses no local or session storage in your browser.
- Analytics. None. There is no analytics, heatmap, session recording, or advertising script on this site.
03Fonts loaded from Google
The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts
(fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser
requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP
address and user agent as part of that request. We receive nothing from it and get
no report about it. Google’s handling of that request is governed by Google’s
own privacy policy.
04Information you send us
If you email hello@mdmdi.com, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and the details of what you are asking about. Our email is hosted on Microsoft 365.
We use that information to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to carry out the engagement. We keep correspondence as long as it is useful for the business relationship and for our own records. We do not sell, rent, or trade it.
05Text messaging
No text messages are sent from this website, and this website collects no mobile numbers. MDMD Investments, LLC does operate text messaging programs for its products, with opt-in collected on each product’s own site or app. Where we, or a service we build and operate, collects a mobile number together with consent to receive text messages, the following applies without exception:
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
For each program we collect the mobile number and a record of the consent given — who agreed, when, and through which form or app — and we use them only to send the messages that program describes. We do not use them for marketing. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and you can reply HELP for assistance.
06Client project data
In the course of an engagement we may process data belonging to a client’s business and that business’s own customers — for example, support tickets, invoices, or staff records inside a system we build. That processing is governed by our written agreement with the client, is limited to what the engagement requires, and is never used for our own marketing.

07Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run our business: a cloud host for this website, Microsoft 365 for email, and Google Fonts for typefaces. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
08Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a business of our size, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across this entire site. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, for our legitimate business records, or as required by law.
09Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal information.
To make a request, email hello@mdmdi.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
10Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.
